However, the fact that he has three solid average pitches along with plus command is what has been the most encouraging thing. That's a great foundation for him as he continues the development process.Paul DePodestahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02560758061177027738noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3031950757212286354.post-43102294051281785872008-08-29T14:22:00.000-07:002008-08-29T14:22:00.000-07:00padresrevolution,Sometimes you get lucky. If we had known that Robertson would be the League MVP, we wouldn't have waited until the 33rd round.

The best part of this story (aside from the performance of the player) is that Dan was the first player signed by our first-year scout in the Pacific Northwest, Andrew Salvo. Wha...It's obvious that Lara is skilled offensively. What is the defensive scouting report on him?

Also, what a great job on the drafting of Robertson in the 33rd round. With the exception of hitting for a lot of power, he's proving he can do everything else. I noticed he even had three outfield assists in one game on 8/25 playing RF. I'm guessing he can throw a little bit as well.padresrevolution.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15278601915106622234noreply@blogger.com
